Ordering & Shipping

How does print-on-demand work?
When you place an order your poster is printed specifically for you. This means we don’t keep stock. Each print is freshly made and shipped directly to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary but most posters are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Allow 4 - 8 business days for shipping.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll see available options at checkout. Our semi-gloss poster prints can be printed locally near you across 20 + countries. Our fine our poster prints are printed in the US, UK or Norway.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Product & Quality

What type of paper do you use for the posters?
We use high-quality, fine art matte paper for a premium feel and long-lasting durability for our limited edition poster prints. For our standard semi-gloss poster prints with use a light weight semi gloss poster paper that has enhanced colours with a subtle shine, similar to what you would feel and see with a movie or music artist tour poster.

Are the posters framed?
Our standard posters come unframed.

Will the colours on my poster look the same as on my screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings of customer viewing devices and differences in printing processes. Every poster product listed on this site has gone through test printing processes before being made available to the public.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our posters are made to order we generally do not accept returns. However if your print arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your poster is damaged in transit please email us with photos of the damage and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Customization & Special Requests

Can I order a custom-size poster?
We currently offer a range of standard size but if you need a custom size feel free to reach out. We’ll see what we can do!

Do you offer custom designs or personalised posters?

Kasia accepts commission project if you are interested in collaborating with her visit the commisions page.

Can I order bulk prints?
Yes! If you’re interested in bulk orders for events, businesses or reselling you can contact us for pricing and options.
